If you didn't get to see the fireworks over the Golden Gate on the Fourth of July, you can still catch some tonight at the Presidio Officers' Club when the designs for the 100,000 square foot pile of sugar cubes that will house the museum for the Don and Doris Fisher collection will be discussed. They might as well tear down the last of San Francisco's 14,000 Victorians while they're at it --not that developers haven't tried.
